Overgrown Garden

After an extremely hot summer, we have returned to school with many weeds in all of our beds. We were able to get help from many of the other students which allowed us to remove many of the weeds in an hour and a half. We also decided to remove the blackberry bushes that had grown around the back of our beds and around the compost. There are also some plants that survived including carrots, onions, peppers, squash, and rhubarb. We found mint while removing some of the invasive plants. The mint was in the process of seeding which will help us to plant and grow more mint in the future.
